[New Release] Launch of MIRA-Dashi™ Powder Type

On July 23, 2025, we launched a new product in the plant-based soup stock lineup: MIRA-Dashi C820P, a powdered version with a rich paitan-style flavor. This marks the first powder-type product in the MIRA-Dashi™ series.

Designed for ambient storage and transport, MIRA-Dashi™ C820P was developed to support broader applications such as export to overseas markets and use in processed food manufacturing. This innovation enables more flexible and scalable deployment of plant-based soup stock solutions.

We will continue to expand our product range with new formats and flavors, aiming to grow our business both domestically and internationally.
