At the ORA Dining Pavilion “UTAGE” within Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, our company will host two special programs: the All-Purpose Forum and the Forum: Redefining the Boundaries of Food.
In addition to business seminars for media and industry professionals, we are planning sessions that will be open to general visitors as well.

August 15 (Friday)Forum: “Redefining the Boundaries of Food” MIRACORE® × 3D Food Printer

Overview Not just sustainable—this is ramen with a new texture and appearance. What does the ramen of the future look like?
Program & Participation This is a 40-minute tasting program. Sessions: ① 12:30 / ② 14:30 / ③ 16:30 / ④ 18:30 Lottery-based numbered tickets will be distributed near the venue 15 minutes before each session.
Please note: There is no waiting area inside the venue before ticket distribution begins. During non-program hours, exhibits and explanations will be available for walk-in visitors.

August 31 (Sun) Forum: “Redefining the Boundaries of Food” MIRACORE® × Startups
Event Title Beyond Conventional Wisdom — How Startups Are Transforming Food and the Future

Overview This forum showcases bold challenges that go beyond conventional norms and fixed ideas about food, focusing on preserved and complete nutrition foods. Representatives from three innovative startups will take the stage:
・NINZIA Inc., which develops texture creation technology using konjac,
・MISOVATION Inc., which enhances the value of miso and promotes digital transformation in its distribution,
・vitom Inc., which offers “Onimochi,” a complete nutrition rice ball that can be stored at room temperature for up to one year. Together with MIRACORE®, they will present their food innovations — complete with tasting sessions.
